Hosting services are supplied on an annual basis and renewed annually. Notice will be provided to the customer prior to the expiration date with an invitation to renew the hosting service for a further 12 month period. Payment for hosting services are paid prior to the commencement of the renewal date.

Failure to pay for renewal of hoting service prior to the renewal date will result in the service being terminated. An admin fee will be applicable.

In the event of termination of the Agreement by the Customer part way through the subscription period, the Customer remains obliged to pay for Services comprising the provision of hosting for the remainder of that period.
